The Bungalows at whitehawk Lake
The Bungalows at Whitehawk Lake is a 21-acre build-to-rent community at 204th and F Streets in Omaha, Neb. The neighborhood features a 2,479 SF clubhouse with a 1,365 SF gathering room and a 573 SF fitness area, 210 one- to three-bedroom units ranging in size from 676 to 1,355 SF and 410 parking spaces. Each single-story unit features 10-foot ceilings, no stairs, walk-in closets, large windows and high-end finishes, and private, fenced backyards with artificial turf.

runza
A new 3,150 SF Runza restaurant is located on Broadway and North 22nd Street in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The building features a 912 SF dining space plus outdoor patio with seating for 20, a 794 SF kitchen and prep area, walk-in freezer and cooler, utility and office space, two restrooms, and drive thru. The exterior is split-face block with stacked stone features and Runza-green awnings.

The development also features a leasing office with pool, four detached garages and seven dumpster enclosures.
