The Waldinger Corporation

A two-story, 178,000 SF office and fabrication facility located on 23 acres in the Gretna Logistics Park at Platteview Road and S. 204th Streets in Gretna, Neb. The building features a 124,000 SF open space fabrication area, with some office, storage and receiving spaces. The office area features open workstations, private offices, lobby, break room, training room and fitness space.

Kiddie Academy

A new construction 12,900 SF single-story children’s daycare and education center located at 96th Street and Schram Road. This project features a wood framed and CMU structure, TPO roof system, and a siding and stone façade. The interior consists of metal framed and CMU walls featuring classrooms and daycare rooms for ages infant to school age, kitchen, lounge area, lobby, reception, mechanical room and general storage room.

Rally Cap Brewing

A 3,000 SF tenant improvement for Rally Cap Brewing at Nova located at 11th and Izard Streets in Omaha, Neb. The space includes a dedicated brewing room, walk-in cooler and freezer, office, storage, and restrooms. A central service area links indoor seating with a patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. Based in Baton Rouge, La., this marks Rally Cap’s first out-of-state location.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott

Springhill Suites by Marriott is a four-story, 78,895 SF new construction hotel in La Vista, Neb. The building features a pool and fitness center with a dining room and lounge space on the first floor. The 129-rooms are a mix of king and double queen standard and ADA-compliant rooms.

Eide bailly

A remodel of a 25,802 SF office space on the sixth floor of the First National Bank building in at 144th and Dodge Streets in Omaha, Neb. Work includes creating multiple private offices, open workspaces and collaboration rooms, breakroom, five conferences rooms and support spaces.

Chambers court

Chambers Court is a transformative redevelopment and preservation of the original Chambers Court as affordable housing. Located on North 16th Street in Omaha, Neb., this project is eight buildings with a mix of 131 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units. Work includes rehabilitating 70 units across four three-story buildings and adding 61 new construction units in four three-story buildings. The complex features a community room, dog run, community laundry, and onsite playgrounds. Phase 2 of the project includes building 68 additional units on the West side of 18th Street.

Liberty parkway apartments

Located in Liberty, Mo., Liberty Parkway Apartments is a seven-building, 328 apartment development. The apartment buildings are a mix of four-story, slab-on-grade and four- and five-story split-level buildings. All apartment buildings include tuck-under parking. The complex features a one-story clubhouse with a finished walk-out lower level, as well as free-standing garages and carports.
