Sire administrative building

Located off Interstate 29 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, this project consists of a 7,060 SF addition to the administrative building for Southwest Iowa Renewable Energy (SIRE). The building features a wood-framed structure, with an asphalt shingle roof and a brick and metal siding façade.

DOUGLAS STREET SENIOR HOUSING

Located at 24th and Douglas Streets in Omaha, Neb, Douglas Street Senior Housing is the new construction of a 83,400 SF, 4-over-1 podium building featuring 70 units. This project is a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, a storm shelter, trash room with a trash chute, community room, offices, package room, and a roof-deck courtyard area.

lusso apartminiums

Lusso Apartminiums is a new construction 206,832 SF apartment development in Lawrence, Kansas. The project includes 10 apartment buildings, five detached garages, and an outdoor amenity space. The apartment buildings are two-story type V-A construction and include six 14-plexes, one 13-plex with clubhouse and three 11-plexes. Three of the 14-plexes maintain consistent finished floor elevations, while the remaining three step with the site grading across four finished floor elevations. The development includes a mix of one- and two-story units, with attached garages provided in the apartment buildings.

4450 washington

4450 Washington is a 35,202 SF three-story multi-family building in the Plaza Westport area of Kansas City, Mo. Located on a three-acre site, the 3-over-1 podium building features 20 studio, one-, and two-bedroom units ranging 564 to 1165 SF and 26 parking stalls.

woodside village rosedale

Woodside Village Rosedale is a 264,369 SF seven-story multi-family building in the Plaza Westport neighborhood in Kansas City, Kan. Located on a 2.5-acre site, the 7-over-1 podium building features 150 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 560 to 1,300 SF. Amenities includes 207 parking stalls, a pet spa, bike and residential storage, indoor and outdoor space, and co-working and conference rooms.

Stonebridge Crossing

Stonebridge Crossing is a 210,000 SF townhome development in Olathe, Kan. The complex features 14 buildings with 128 one- and two- bedroom units with 156 garages. The 3,662 SF clubhouse features a 474 SF common space, study and lounge areas, outdoor pool, dog wash station, a 305 SF golf studio and a 541 SF fitness center.
