Nebraska DMV Norfolk

Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles Norfolk is a one-story, 8,320 SF single tenant building on a 2.43-acre site in Norfolk, Neb. The building is structural steel construction with EIFS and spilt-faced CMU on the exterior. The building features multiple offices, a 1,098 SF service counter and support area, training and skill testing areas, breakroom and restrooms, and a 720 SF waiting area.

Hy-Vee Health Exemplar Care Lincoln Clinic

Tenant improvement project for Hy-Vee Health Exemplar Care in Lincoln, Neb. Located on the main level of the multi-tenant building, the clinic space is 6,170 SF featuruing nine exams rooms ranging from 147 SF to 203 SF. There’s also a 257 SF lab,  272 x-ray room, a 162 SF nurses station, in addition to support spaces like a mechanical, breakroom, restrooms, reception and waiting areas and storage.

The building features 59 studio and one-bedroom units ranging from 429 to 1,172 SF. Amenities include a fitness center, two-level parking garage, bike parking, a dog spa, a pool and pool deck, outdoor terrace and a roof-top terrace.

The space also has multiple support spaces including restrooms, staff breakroom, consultation room and two offices. The basement level has a 1,574 SF storage and mechanical space.
